Former Chief Minister and PDP Supremo Mehbooba Mufti has expressed concern over reports that Saudi Arabia has sharply reduced India’s private Haj quota. The former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister said the move is causing trouble for both pilgrims and tour operators.

she posted on X.
She also called on the Ministry of External Affairs to raise the issue with Saudi authorities. “Urge the Ministry of External Affairs to immediately intervene by taking up this matter with the Saudi government to seek a resolution,” she added, tagging the ministry and External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar.
