Four persons were injured after a scuffle broke out between two groups of local boys while playing cricket on the road at Alsafa Market, Sariabala, Magarmal Bagh Srinagar on Sunday, officials said.
An official told news agency Kashmir News Corner (KNC) that the two groups indulged in scuffle during a cricket match during which four people were injured aged between 17 and 30 years.
All four were immediately shifted to SMHS Hospital for medical treatment, he said.
Police have registered a case under relevent sections of BNS at Police Station Shergari and initiated further investigation into the incident.
He said that cognizance has been taken and further investigation initiated. (KNC)
