The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) is likely to announce the Class 11th examination results in the coming week, most probably after May 20.
A source speaking to NewsEye said, result compilation is in its final stages.
It will take some more time to finalize the results. We expect the process to be completed within a week, and we are hopeful of declaring the results in the next week, most likely after the 20th,” the source said.
The annual regular exams for Class 11th students began on February 18 this year. As per official figures, a total of 120,673 students had registered for the exams—109,137 in soft zone areas and 11,536 in hard zones. The board had set up 1,134 examination centres across Jammu and Kashmir, including 1,004 in soft zones and 130 in hard zone regions.
Board official have earlier said that class 11th results could take more time as the students have already been provisionally admitted to the next grade. However students and parents alike are eagerly waiting for the results.
